Hollywood Studios International CEO and Chairman Sir Steven Saxton announced today that the Company has acquired Beverly Hills-based modeling management company iModel and Talent (www.mi-agency.com).
Simultaneously, Sir Steven also announced that the Company will be rebranded as Models International. Models International currently has offices in Los Angeles and New York and represents over 400 male and female models throughout the United States. Hollywood Studios International intends to expand Models International domestically in Miami, and internationally in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Moscow, Sao Paulo and Dubai.
