USA:GMTN to introduce new fall products for women

Gander Mountain Company announced that it will launch a fall seminar series for women at all 116 retail locations.

The "We Live Outdoors Women's Seminar Series" will take place at 7:00pm on Monday nights from September 14 through October 19. The Series also includes a Women's Shop Weekend on October 17 & 18 to introduce new fall products. All seminars are free and open to women of all ages.

"We wanted to be able to give women a chance to become more familiar with the options available for outdoor pastimes. The seminar series, held in our store lodges, is a unique opportunity because they can test the merchandise and ask questions to allow them to better enjoy the outdoors," said Casey Ramm, Senior Vice President of Merchandising for Gander Mountain.

The Seminars series topics include: Geocaching: Searching for Hidden Treasure (September 14); See Spot Sit: Dog Training Tips (September 21); Meat Grinding & Sausage Making: Secrets from the Pros (September 28); Apparel 101: Hats to Boots & Everything in Between! (October 5); Getting Comfortable with a Bow (October 12); Women's Shop Weekend (October 17 & 18); Intro to Firearms: Safety and Storage (October 19).

"The best thing about each of these seminars is that they are free and no supplies are necessary. They're designed as an introduction and will give a broad overview of each topic. I guarantee any woman who participates will walk away with a better understanding and enjoyment for the outdoors," remarked Janelle Rydberg, Regional Marketing Manager for Gander Mountain.
