UK:Wave of international brands to partake at Pure London

The countdown has begun to this February’s show and alongside proven bestsellers such as Pennyblack, Rosner, b.young, Passport and IKKS, the international line up includes over 167 new brands, with a strong representation from France, Italy, Brazil and Argentina. Pure London is set to give retailers the very best selection of brands from across the world.

Premium swimwear brand Poko Pano will launch their new active wear collection at the show in February. The collection consists of sports vests, t-shirts, zip jackets, trousers and shorts, along side other directional ready-to-wear brands; Abit and Marcia Ganem brought to Pure London by the Brazilian Embassy.

New to the show are six stylish brands from Argentina, hosted by the Argentine Embassy. Agostina Bianchi will present a stunning collection of knitwear with hand finishes and embroidery. With modern pieces made from hand woven wool, Ananda Telar will be a first timer at the show, and with a range of ready to wear collections, La Cofrada, Logia Vacua, Silvina Marotti, Vero Alfil and Viviana Uchitel are set to captivate the show’s attendees.

The largest selection of accessories in the UK is enhanced by a range of accessory collections introduced to Pure London by the French Embassy. Jeanne Cerise’s beautifully made scarves are a must have for Autumn Winter 09 with colourful styles in tulle and organza covered in appliquéd flowers.

Nelly Bichet will be exhibiting stunning handmade hats from feathered headdresses, elaborate headbands and floppy hats. Look out for eye-catching contemporary jewellery from Objects Obscurs, and other French brands Anne Thomas, Nadja Carlotti, Olivier De Saintloup, Siloha and Tant Qu’il Y Aura Des Perles will be making their debut at Pure London.

The Italian Pavilion is a must see, organised by ANCI - The Italian Footwear Manufacturers Association, over 16 Italian footwear labels are showing at Pure Footwear for the first time, including Marino Fabiano, Icone, Pas De Rouge, Fontanelli, Kelton and Nouchka will be showing their new Autumn/Winter 2009 collections. Intriguing new collections from across the globe, Pure London gives retailers the very best selection for Autumn Winter 09.
